Cal Doty 

President 

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Cal has more than 35 years of experience in managing employee benefit plans for more than 2500 covered lives. Additionally, he has more than 15 years of experience in oversight and management of on-site employee health clinics.  Cal has served as a Greeneville Alderman since 2019. He has served on various boards including United Way including President and Campaign Chair, President of the YMCA Board of Directors, Greeneville Greene County Partnership, Greene County Center for Technology, Regional TCAT Advisory Committee, Partners in Education, Link Hills Country Club, and lay minister and vestry at Saint James Episcopal Church.  Cal, his wife Jolynn and their daughters Charlee and Savanna have lived in Greeneville for the past 25 years.

A life-long resident of Greeneville, Thom is a graduate Tusculum College. He has more than 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales and management. In addition to his career activities, Thom has served as a YMCA youth soccer coach, Chairman of the Administrative Council and member of the Board of Trustees of Christ United Methodist Church, Pioneer Club committee member and member of the Board of Directors of Link Hills Country Club. Originally from eastern North Carolina, Dr. Locklear received his medical degree from Duke University Medical Schoolin Durham, North Carolina and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. In addition to his practice, he has served as the Medical Director for numerous healthcare-related facilities and services in the Greeneville, TN area. Robert and his family have been a part of the Greeneville community since 2002. Robert and his wife Sarlenna are the proud parents of four children, RJ, Clarence, Kya and Haven.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy, Alan has been dedicated to the practice of pharmacy and the health of the citizens of Greeneville, Greene County and the state of Tennessee for more than 40 years. He has served on numerous healthcare related boards including President, Tennessee Board of Pharmacy; President, Tennessee Pharmacists Association, Chairman, TennCare Pharmacy Advisory Committee Member, Greene County Board of Health and Admissions Committee, ETSU Gatton College of Pharmacy. Hayley Mayfield, RN

Registered Nurse 

Hayley is a Greeneville native and a is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She has 10 years of experience in various healthcare roles, including both medical office settings as well as hospital emergency departments. Most recently Hayley was a Facility Director of a Medication Assisted Treatment facility in Johnson City.  Hayley and her husband Jacob have one child, Jackson.

Shelia grew up in Brevard, N.C. She received a certificate from Haywood community college in phlebotomy and medical assistant in 2002.  She worked at Mission - St. Joseph Hospital where her skills in phlebotomy became very proficient.  Shelia moved to Greeneville, TN in 2006 where she started working for Dr. Peter Reardon at Greeneville Women's Clinic as a medical assistant.  For the past 13 years, she worked for Dr. Robert Berry, the pioneer in cash only primary care clinics, Patmos EmergiClinic and Direct MD.  Shelia lives in Chuckey and enjoys spending time with her daughter Katelyn, son-in-law Jesse, fur baby Charlie and most of all her precious grandson, Walker Lane.

Jolynn Doty

Wellness Coach

Jolynn began her fitness career in January 1988.  Since that time, she has taught all levels of fitness classes from children to senior adults.  She holds certifications in Primary Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Phase I, II and III Yoga, Meditative and Restorative Yoga, Weight Management and Nutrition, Personal Training and Weight Training.  In 2020, Jolynn took the step to open her own studio where she does personal training and group yoga classes.  Hot Yoga on Main was opened in January 2021 in downtown Greeneville where she is excited about helping people improve their health and fitness levels.
